It is our immense pleasure to announce that Dr. Matteo Fabbri will be joining the FAE faculty on July 1, 2024. Matteo is currently a Chicago Fellows postdoc in the Department of Organismal Biology and Anatomy at the University of Chicago. Previously, he was a Negaunee Centre Postdoctoral Fellow at the Field Museum of Natural History. He received a PhD in Earth and Planetary Sciences from Yale University. Matteo is an expert on the development and evolution of the tetrapod skull. He is an author on about 30 publications, including the high-impact journals Nature and PNAS. We are excited to welcome Matteo and look forward to his many contributions to the success of the FAE!
