Young Investigators’ Day was established in 1978 to recognize young investigators trained at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and provide them with a forum of their work. The awards are intended to recognize research undertaken by applicants while registered as graduate/post-bac students or postdoctoral fellows at the School of Medicine.

Completed applications will be accepted this year via the Interfolio Website (http://apply.interfolio.com/159548) from now through February 17, 2025. Each submission should include: applicant’s CV, abstract of not more than 250 words, essay, and a letter of recommendation. For more detailed submission requirements, please see the Young Investigators’ Day Program website at www.HopkinsYIDP.org. All of the awards carry a $1,000 honorarium.

Finally, the 48th Young Investigators’ Day Program will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 3 p.m. in the Mountcastle Auditorium in the Preclinical Teaching Building. We look forward to celebrating the accomplishments of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine’s best and brightest young investigators.
